Roast’d combines fresh ingredients and house-made meats including authentic Roast Duck, BBQ Pork and Roast Pork Belly to create popular dishes such as ‘All Star Roast’ (one-quarter roasted duck, BBQ pork and roasted pork belly), ‘Spicy Drunken Noodle’ (flat-rice noodle stir fry with either roasted duck, BBQ pork or roasted pork belly dotted with garlic, onion, gentle chilli and Thai sweet basil) and the signature Peking Duck Experience comprising of 16 pieces of roast duck with pancakes and condiments of house-made sauce, cucumber and spring onion. Duck fried rice full of wok breath and a comforting duck soup round out the full experience.

With much-loved Berwick restaurant Season’s Chinese now renamed Roast’d – Chinese BBQ & Duck, an old neighbourhood favourite is officially a new neighbourhood favourite. However, Roast’d isn’t just a new name. It is also the signal of an exciting new chapter in the life of the family-owned dining spot.
Roast’d owner Lor says the newly-named restaurant is providing customers with a variety of moreish Chinese BBQ and Asian street food dishes that have been put to the test in his own home kitchen.
“The creation of Roast’d menu is driven by my family favourite dishes, ones we enjoy eating and cooking. For us, it is about using the best fresh ingredients and sharing meals together.”
